PART A: TRADEMARK SEARCH ($397)
Our trademark attorneys will do a search to determine if your name or logo is available. If it is, we’ll file the application for you (see PART B). And if it’s not, you’ve just saved yourself hundreds of dollars in application fees!
PART B: TRADEMARK APPLICATION ($2,497)
Once we’ve done a thorough search and determined your odds of approval are good, we’ll take care of the Trademark Application process for you soup to nuts!
NOTE: Step 2 can be purchased only after Step 1 is complete.

The Process
We have an easy, 3-step process to find out if your desired name or logo is available
STEP 1
Trademark Prep Sheet
You’ll fill out a questionnaire telling us about the name or logo you want to protect and what you plan on doing with it.

Trademark Search
We will do a comprehensive search using all available resources and databases to determine if your name or logo is already taken.

Search Results Call
We’ll spend 30-minutes discussing the results of our search and the odds of your trademark getting approved. If we think they are good, we’ll discuss moving on to Part B, the Trademark Application process for $2,497.
